Barratt is Britain's best-known housebuilder. We have sold over 300,000 new homes around the country and are leaders in urban regeneration, social housing, design and innovation.

Following the Barratt Group’s acquisition of Wilson Bowden PLC in April 2007, we now have three distinctive residential brands:

The Group is a member of the FTSE 250 with an approximate 12% share of the UK market and directly employs 6,900 people.

In total, we currently sell around 21,000 new homes a year and are building on developments nationwide, from Aberdeen to Plymouth, helping to meet housing demand in towns, cities and rural areas. We provide homes for all market sectors, plus homes for rent and shared ownership.
