Barratt Developments PLC Shareholder Discount

Annual General Meeting
Our fifty-first Annual General Meeting was held on Tuesday 17 November 2009 at the offices of UBS Limited, 1 Finsbury Avenue, London EC2M 2PP. All resolutions put to the meeting were voted on by way of a poll and were passed by shareholders. The results of the poll for each resolution can be found in this section.
